COVID-19 Practice Update
Throughout the pandemic, we have been clear that our priority is the well-being of our patients and colleagues, and this continues to be the case. As a result, the dental practice has invested in new equipment and new protocols to keep patients and staff safe, this includes Air purifiers and UV disinfection in infection hot spots – These will be regularly ‘cleaning and disinfecting the air of particles, including those of a virus. This maintains a better air quality but also significantly reduces the time an aerosol hangs in the environment. Increased levels of PPE for staff – This will include masks, visors, and for certain procedures a surgical type of gown and zoning of designated areas.
